Hampton By Hilton
Thomas & Thomas were appointed as the Party Wall Surveyor for this new build. The project involved the investigation of potential adjoining owners, the appointing to serve notices, and negotiation of party wall awards for the demolition and construction of the hotel.

Mossbourne Community Academy
Thomas & Thomas were engaged to undertake an external major works programme, attending to the widespread decay of the glulam structural timber beams along with developing a strategy for protecting these beams from future decay.

Thomas & Thomas were engaged to undertake an external major works programme to attend to widespread and prolonged deterioration of the building’s fabric, paying particular attention to the concrete cills which had suffered from carbonation.

Thomas & Thomas were instructed to develop the student accommodation in the Laing building at London School of Theology.
