Hampton By Hilton
Thomas & Thomas were appointed as the Party Wall Surveyor for this new build. The project involved the investigation of potential adjoining owners, the appointing to serve notices, and negotiation of party wall awards for the demolition and construction of the hotel.

Thomas & Thomas were instructed to act as the Contract Administrator for restaurant fit-out works at Mama Fuego. The project consisted of full fit-out incorporating architecturally designed interiors and state-of-the-art kitchen apparatus.

Thomas & Thomas were engaged to undertake an external major works programme to attend to widespread and prolonged deterioration of the building’s fabric, paying particular attention to the concrete cills which had suffered from carbonation.

Thomas & Thomas have been involved in the general maintenance of two houses at Ladbroke Gardens since the 80s. Both properties are large sub-divided houses within a terrace. Our team oversees the refurbishment of both houses externally and internally to the common parts.

Thomas & Thomas have been involved in the general maintenance of ten houses on London’s Westbourne Terrace since 1985. Instructions have ranged from detect diagnosis arising from rainwater ingress to the approval of lessee’s works, and large-scale internal and external major works projects.

Thomas & Thomas were instructed to develop the student accommodation in the Laing building at London School of Theology. This included the installation of en-suite showers with WC facilities, as well as the refurbishment and modernisation of bedrooms. Works were completed during the summer holidays.
