Contract Administration

Adept administration of JCT construction contracts is one or our key skills and ensures we deliver well-managed projects. Our open approach and onus on communication aims to mitigate risk, maintain value, and provide good guidance.

We advocate open, transparent tendering and project auditing, to demonstrate value to owner. We have acted as Contract Administrators on a number of projects, varying from £50K to £2.5 million in value.
