Our expertise in the Party Wall Act 1996 has led us to represent numerous owners in the residential sector, acting both as Building Owner’s and Adjoining Owner’s Surveyor on everything from new-build developments to refurbishment projects, across England and Wales.

We use our in-depth knowledge of this legislation and procedures to ensure that we comprehensively fulfil the requirements of the Act, thus enabling works and development to progress in a timely manner whilst still protecting the interest of owners.

RICS Building Surveys
We also provide RICS Building Surveys for all kinds of residential property, giving clients peace of mind with their upcoming property purchase. Our knowledge of London building stock allows us to identify common building defects and provide detailed specialist advice on their implications.
