We provide expert guidance for many different requirements from pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence, to schedules of condition, to dilapidations advice at lease end.

For assets currently in use, we complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reports, to help understand liabilities, forecast expenditure and keep premises in good repair and condition. We also provide Defect Diagnosis Reports, to help clients understand and resolve problems in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
