Design & Project Management

We are often engaged at the very inception of schemes and use our expertise and knowledge to help our clients develop their brief. We can assist with the design and management of specific projects or work closely with stakeholders to develop an Architectural Master Plan that will help identify opportunities and minimise property risks across the entire school estate.

Scoping Surveys
We have assisted Multi-Academy trusts, such as STEP Academies Trust, by carrying out scoping surveys to firstly identify need, provide budget proposals and apply for funding.

Funding Applications
Over the last few years, our surveyors have secured millions of pounds worth of ESFA bid funding, enabling schools to complete roofing, window replacements, fire safety upgrades, asbestos removal and a number of refurbishment and remodelling projects. Following successful funding allocations, we are then regularly engaged to deliver the scheme through to completion.

Building Condition Surveys

We are frequently involved with the inspection of education building to assess their condition. We can identify defects, structural issues and maintenance needs, providing detailed reports and recommendations for repairs or improvements.

Maintenance Planning (PPM)

We can provide Planned & Preventative Maintenance Schedules for each building or whole estates, with estimated maintenance and refurbishment costings, so that school trusts can plan their future expenditure and form a clear strategic vision for the school estate.
