Jonny Callard
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Jonny is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years working with Thomas & Thomas, predominantly in the London area covering a wide range of consultancy services to the residential and commercial sectors....
Specialisms include party walls, project management, commercial due diligence, and asset/portfolio management.
He is a participating member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, where he plays an active role in organising education events to members. He promotes best practice in the industry, most recently being part of the working group developing the new RICS guidance note on party wall legislation and procedure. As part of this process, he has spoken nationally on this topic at RICS roadshows and industry events such as Grand Designs Live.
He trained in the British Army as a design draughtsman and combat engineer for the Corps of Royal Engineers, served a tour of duty in Afghanistan and has experience with military construction. Other interests include mountaineering, skiing and swimming.
George Charalambous

George is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in both the private and public sector. He has provided Contract Administration and Project Management services....
These projects have had values in excess of £11 million, along with large scale frameworks in excess of £30 million.
He has successfully delivered projects in the Residential, Commercial and Education Sectors and have recently acted for Housing Associations, Multi-Academy Education Trusts, Property Developers and Residential Block Managers.
As a Director at Thomas & Thomas, he also specialises in administering the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, acting as Building Owner's and Adjoining Owner's Surveyor on a number of schemes including new build blocks adjacent to the Royal Courts of Justice to private members clubs in the heart of Mayfair. He is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, promoting best practice in this complex area of surveying.
Other interests include watching Crystal Palace FC, attempting to play golf and spending time with his family.
