Created in 2019,  the Property Management 50 Awards set out to shine the spotlight on the most notable players from the property management industry. A bustling sector with many movers and shakers, there has previously been little opportunity for recognition and reward. This trophy represents a high point in the calendar and a sharing of nods and handshakes across the field.

Guest judges

Now in its 6th year, the Award seeks to acknowledge talent and leadership in the sector. Sponsored by Flat Living and PMR, the nominees are judged by other respected figures in the industry. Each year new judges are selected to allow a democratic and peer-reviewed approach. This year the judges were Surveyor and Keynote speaker, Colin Horton (RICS), prominent property management figure, Clare Bates (AssocRICS), and experienced Surveyor, Joe Mallon (MRICS).
