Objectives

Thomas & Thomas were appointed as the Project Manager & Contract Administrator for this commercial fit out. The work included all aspects of the refurbishment which was to be of a high-end finish. The works were completed under a Design & Build contract.

Challenges

The project was heavily driven by the programme as the client’s current lease was coming to an end. As this was the head office for more than 50 staff, a single day’s delay would have resulted in having to move an entire office full of equipment and people, a situation to be avoided at all costs.
 

Outcome

The project was successfully completed according to the stringent time plan, within budget, and to a the high standard specified.
