A brief history

Graham joined Thomas & Thomas in 2018 marking the beginnings of his career in Building Surveying. Whilst under the tutilage of the senior management Graham was involved in progressively more challenging projects. This was supplemented by studies at nearby London South Bank University leading to the successful completion of a Masters Degree.

Becoming chartered

Becoming chartered adds the much respected Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors – RICS – initials to Graham’s list of qualifications. The RICS APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) Pathway comprises a series of modules designed to address and assess the many different areas of surveying and management to achieve the very high standards required.

It’s a well-earned step up for Graham cementing his professional status and abilities as a senior Building Surveyor – MSc RICS!
