Bryan graduated in July 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying. Prior to joining Thomas & Thomas, he gained valuable work experience during a placement year at a multidisciplinary commercial professional services company, specifically within the Building Consultancy department.
Bryan was involved in several projects, including CAT A+B office fit-outs and restaurant fit-outs, along with experience in undertaking dilapidation surveys, condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance surveys.
Since joining the Thomas & Thomas team in August 2024, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including project management, party wall awards, defect diagnosis surveys, and planning applications. With a strong foundation in building surveying, he is committed to delivering a high-quality service and supporting the continued success of Thomas & Thomas.
Outside of work life, Bryan enjoys leading an active lifestyle and socialising with friends and colleagues.
