Lewis Painter is a Building Surveyor having graduated from Portsmouth University in the summer of 2021. Before starting his role at Thomas & Thomas, he undertook work experience with a main contractor who completed work throughout central London. This gave a valuable insight into how other parties involved in construction projects operate.
Lewis joined Thomas & Thomas in February 2022 and has been learning rapidly every day since. During this time he has been involved in a wide range of programmes including project managing construction works on private residential mansion blocks, assisting in the co-ordination of the design team for a +£30 million council tower block refurbishment scheme, having an active role in delivering Party Wall Awards for both private home owners and housing associations, and many more.
He is currently completing his RICS APC to become a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor.
Beyond his professional life, Lewis is committed to staying active and keeping fit, whilst maintaining time to socialise with friends.
