Zoe Pagulatos is a dedicated Building Surveyor with 4 years of experience in the construction and property industry. At the core of her practice is a commitment to integrity, transparency, and client care. She believes that effective communication and an understanding of each client’s unique needs are essential in delivering successful outcomes.
Zoe joined the company in November 2022 and since beginning her Building Surveying role at Thomas & Thomas has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and jobs, from residential homes to commercial properties and historic buildings.
Prior to working for Thomas & Thomas, Zoe worked for a groundworks contractor who was involved with projects nationally. This experience has proven valuable in understanding the perspective and role of the contractor side.
When not surveying buildings, she enjoys hiking the UK’s mountains, keeping active and spending time outdoors and socialising with friends and family. All of which helps her maintain a balance between her professional and person life.
She is currently working toward completing her RICS APC to become a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor.
