Thomas & Thomas is very pleased to have been awarded the Investors in People accreditation. This particular award recognises our commitment to the people we employ and how we support them, so that collectively we can achieve our business goals.
The Assessment process
As a part of the accreditation process Thomas & Thomas underwent a thorough assessment by Investment in People (IiP). This involves interviewing staff across the business to gain insight into the workplace culture and practices. The IiP accreditation analyses the responses in line with benchmarks and KPIs, the outcome of which is a report – and certification if you pass muster.
Fortunately we did, and what was reflected back to us by the report was very positive and validating. We feel that we’re doing a good job, and we intend to continue to build on that.
