Thomas & Thomas were instructed to act as the Contract Administrator for restaurant fit-out works at Mama Fuego. This stylish and striking restaurant featured architecturally designed interiors with a sixties and seventies feel and an Australian slant. The very latest in kitchen apparatus was installed, ready to cater for all day relaxed dining.
