Members of the Thomas & Thomas team recently had the pleasure of attending the Pyramus and Thisbe Society’s conference on 15th May 2025.

‘A’I , rights to light and more

The conference covered neighbourly matters from rights to light, easements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and much more. The conference was eye-opening to many topics, in particular providing an insight into how the use of AI is beginning to come into play within areas such as rights to lights aiding surveyors in calculating existing against proposed and if there are any damages which will occur. With the AI industry ever evolving, it is interesting to see how this will begin to play a part in the construction industry.
